Service interruption via altered brcmfmac request index

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel versions starting with 4.13 allows local users to trigger a kernel Oops during a Wi-Fi scan. With SCAN logging enabled, brcmf_pno_config_sched_scans changes the loop index while setting a random MAC address, then reads the request array at that altered index. Reachability requires the brcmfmac driver, scheduled scanning, and SCAN-level logging; the documented null-address fault interrupts the host.
