Local system interruption via incorrect MTE tag propagation

Improper page-tag handling in affected Linux kernels allows local users to interrupt an arm64 system through MTE tag faults. mte_sync_tags sets PG_mte_tagged on untagged pages whose PTE resembles swap or migration, so a later page copy propagates KASAN-owned tags and creates a mismatch with page flags. Reachability requires arm64 MTE with hardware-tag KASAN and a page copy such as migration; the observed consequence is an invalid-access fault, not data disclosure or modification.
