Local denial of service via NULL dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 5.19 through 5.19.16 and 6.0 through 6.0.2 allows local users to crash RISC-V systems. vdso_join_timens dereferences a NULL mm->context.vdso_info pointer while adding the time-namespace vDSO page after a vfork child enters exec. A local user must invoke the affected RISC-V vfork, time-namespace, and exec path; successful triggering produces a kernel oops and interrupts the system.
