Service interruption via unbalanced runtime-PM references

Resource leak in the Linux kernel DRA7 ATL clock driver allows local users to interrupt service through failed device probes. In of_dra7_atl_clk_probe, pm_runtime_get_sync increments the usage counter, but several error paths return without a balancing pm_runtime_put_sync. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and a DRA7 ATL device configuration; repeated failures consume runtime-PM references and reduce availability.
