Service interruption via leaked CPU-frequency table

A memory leak in the Qualcomm CPU-frequency driver in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service through an OPP-table error. qcom_cpufreq_hw_read_lut() returns after a device-tree OPP lookup error without freeing its allocated frequency table. Reachability requires Qualcomm qcom-hw CPU-frequency support and a failing OPP-table lookup; the bounded consequence is unreleased kernel memory and loss of availability.
