I/O hang via false PCI VF absence

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to hang in-progress virtio I/O during PCI virtual-function removal. pci_device_is_present() reads a virtual function's 0xffff vendor and device IDs as absence, causing virtio_pci_remove() to break the virtqueue and skip its completion callback. Triggering the hang requires administrative access to unbind the driver or disable SR-IOV virtual functions while I/O is active; the bounded impact is stalled I/O.
