Service interruption via leaked CPU hotplug callback

Resource leak in Linux kernel 5.17 through 6.0.15 and 6.1 through 6.1.1 allows local users to interrupt service. The tad_pmu_init() failure path leaves the callback registered by cpuhp_setup_state_multi() when platform_driver_register() fails instead of removing its CPU-hotplug state. Reachability requires the Marvell CN10K TAD PMU driver and a failed platform-driver registration; the resulting availability impact does not disclose or modify data.
