Kernel memory leak via missed error cleanup

Memory leak in the Linux AMDGPU power-state initializer retains kernel memory after a powerplay-table lookup failure. The pp_psm.c initialization path returns early when it cannot obtain a powerplay-table entry without freeing the already allocated current power state. The affected path requires AMDGPU power-state initialization and a failed table lookup; public records establish retained memory but not attacker control or service interruption.
