Local service interruption via PCI reference leak

Reference count leakage in the Linux kernel x86 Intel uncore code allows local users to exhaust PCI device references and interrupt service. The snr_uncore_mmio_map function obtains a reference-counted pci_dev from snr_uncore_get_mc_dev but omits pci_dev_put after reading Snow Ridge memory-controller configuration. Reachability requires an x86 system with Intel Snow Ridge uncore hardware; repeated initialization retains device references and can exhaust kernel resources.
