Kernel panic via zero-length PCI test ioctl

Denial of service in Linux 4.15 through 6.0.1 allows local users to panic the kernel through a zero-length PCI endpoint test ioctl. The pci_endpoint_test copy, write, and read handlers pass a caller-supplied zero payload length to dma_map_single(), which rejects zero-length mappings and reaches a kernel BUG. Triggering the panic requires access to the test driver's ioctl device and a configured PCI endpoint test function, and it interrupts the host until recovery.
