Pre-auth root command execution via GetDeviceSettings arguments

Command injection in D-Link DIR-1260 firmware 1.20B05 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands as root through the web interface. The GetDeviceSettings form passes attacker-controlled SetDest/Dest/Target content into an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax. The form runs before login on LAN and Wi-Fi networks, and Internet exposure is optional; successful exploitation gives full device control.
