Local service hang via regulator timing underflow

Integer underflow in the Linux kernel regulator core allows local users to hang a regulator enable operation through mismatched timing values. In _regulator_do_enable(), unsigned time_remaining wraps below zero when delay is not divisible by poll_enabled_time, so its polling loop fails to terminate. Reachability requires a regulator whose device-tree delay and driver polling interval leave a remainder; the affected enable path then hangs rather than returning.
