Service interruption via debugfs buffer leak

Resource leak in the Linux kernel 6.2 through 6.2.2 allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through repeated debugfs reads. The mt7915_rate_txpower_get function allocates a 2,048-byte buffer for the mt7915 txpower_sku debugfs file but returns without freeing it after each read. Access requires an mt7915 wireless device and permission to read its debugfs entry; repeated reads consume kernel memory and can interrupt service.
