Kernel warning via stale IPComp scratch pointer

Memory-management flaw in the Linux kernel IPComp component allows local users to invoke an invalid virtual-memory free after allocation failure. ipcomp_free_scratches leaves the global ipcomp_scratches pointer stale after freeing per-CPU buffers, so a later failed allocation preserves the obsolete address and cleanup passes it to vfree. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an allocation failure; the published mechanism demonstrates a kernel warning but does not identify a reliable crash or data-access path.
