Kernel interruption via unchecked device chip revision

Out-of-bounds shift in Linux before 6.2 allows local users to interrupt the kernel through an oversized device-reported chip revision. In brcmf_fw_alloc_request(), BIT(chiprev) shifts by the unvalidated revision before intersecting the result with a 32-bit mask. Reachability requires local control of a device supplying brcmfmac metadata; no network-reachable trigger or data modification is reported.
