Host crash via repeated TCP socket release

Double release in Linux kernel BPF sockmap code allows local users to crash the host through a continued redirected message. In tcp_bpf_send_verdict(), an uncleared __SK_REDIRECT verdict makes the more_data loop call sock_put() repeatedly for the same TCP socket, causing a use-after-free. Exploitation requires CAP_BPF or CAP_SYS_ADMIN in the initial user namespace to create the sockmap and load its BPF program.
