Kernel crash via unfreed SAS remote PHY

A resource leak in the Linux kernel mpt3sas SCSI driver allows local users to crash the kernel during SAS device removal. Memory cleanup fails in mpt3sas_transport_port_add() when sas_rphy_add() returns an error because sas_rphy_free() is omitted for the object allocated by sas_end_device_alloc(). Reaching the crash requires low-privileged local access, an add failure, and later removal of the unregistered PHY; the reported consequence is a NULL-pointer kernel crash.
