Kernel memory corruption via unchecked bridge count

Out-of-bounds write in Linux kernel 5.17 through 6.0.6 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through an oversized display-bridge chain. The DRM MSM DisplayPort bridge-discovery path increments a counter and writes beyond its fixed eight-entry bridge array without enforcing the array limit. Triggering the flaw requires an MSM DisplayPort configuration with more than eight bridges; no specific post-corruption capability is documented.
