Local service interruption via Radeon reference leak

A reference-count leak in the Linux Radeon driver allows local users to interrupt service by exhausting kernel resources. The radeon_atrm_get_bios function breaks from its PCI-device search after finding an ACPI ATRM handle but fails to release the reference returned by pci_get_class. The path is reached while locating an ATRM handle for a discrete Radeon graphics device; NVD limits the impact to availability and requires local low-privileged access.
