Service interruption via failed AMDGPU workqueue cleanup

Memory leak in Linux kernel 5.15.58 through 5.15.74, 5.16 through 5.19.16, and 6.0 through 6.0.2 allows local users to interrupt service. When hpd_rx_irq_create_workqueue() fails while building the AMDGPU hot-plug-detect offload workqueue array, its error path leaves prior workqueues and the array allocation unreleased. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an AMDGPU display configuration that reaches the failed-construction path; resource exhaustion disrupts availability without reported data exposure or modification.
