Kernel crash via unchecked JPEG table allocation

NULL-pointer dereference in the Coda video codec driver in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel during JPEG encoding. In the Coda encode path, two 64-byte kmalloc results for JPEG quantization tables pass to coda_set_jpeg_compression_quality without NULL checks. Triggering the flaw requires local low-privileged access, a Coda-capable video device, JPEG encoding, and an allocation failure; the resulting kernel fault interrupts the host.
