Kernel compromise via unchecked NTFS data-run offset

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel ntfs3 driver allows attackers to crash or corrupt the kernel when a crafted NTFS image is mounted. Callers of run_unpack trusted an MFT attribute's data-run offset without checking that it fell within the attribute, enabling reads from freed or adjacent memory. A user or automounter must mount the attacker-supplied volume; the corruption can expose kernel data, alter kernel state, or panic the host.
