Kernel use-after-free via uncanceled dm-cache waker

Use-after-free in Linux dm-cache allows local users to access freed kernel memory by racing cache resume against destruction. The destroy() path frees cache state without first synchronously canceling the delayed waker scheduled during dm_resume().
