System hang via runtime PM in atomic context

A CoreSight CTI flaw in Linux allows local users to hang an affected ARM Juno system by starting a Perf trace event. The cti_enable_hw() and cti_disable_hw() paths invoke runtime power-management operations from atomic context, allowing firmware communication to sleep where scheduling is forbidden. Reachability requires an ARM CoreSight CTI configuration and permission to start the affected Perf event; the demonstrated consequence is a system hang.
