Service interruption via unchecked platform driver registration

Improper error handling in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to interrupt service when cros_usbpd_notify is unloaded. cros_usbpd_notify_init() ignores a failed platform_driver_register() return, leaving the notifier installed without its platform driver and causing teardown to unregister a driver that never registered. Reaching the documented condition requires local access, a failed platform-driver registration, and module removal; the observed result is an unexpected-driver-unregister kernel warning.
