Service interruption via leaked PCI device references

Resource leak in mt7915 PCI initialization in Linux 5.12 through 6.0.15 and 6.1 through 6.1.1 allows local users to interrupt service. The mt7915_pci_init_hif2 function calls pci_get_device for the second host-interface PCI device but fails to release the returned reference with pci_dev_put. Repeated initialization retains device references and can exhaust resources; exposure requires the MediaTek MT7915 second PCI host-interface path and local low-privileged access.
