Local memory exhaustion via unreleased device reference

Memory leak in the Linux kernel's MIPS VPE loader module allows local users to exhaust memory by repeatedly unloading the module. Module exit drops neither the vpe_device reference nor its dynamically allocated name, preventing kobject_cleanup from freeing that memory. Local access with permission to unload the module is required; repeated triggering can deplete kernel memory and interrupt service.
