Availability loss via leaked runtime PM reference

Resource leak in the AM65 CPSW Ethernet driver in Linux kernel 5.7 through 6.0.15 and 6.1 through 6.1.1 allows local users to impair availability. The am65_cpsw_nuss_ndo_slave_open() error exits return after a successful runtime-PM acquisition without calling pm_runtime_put(), leaving the usage reference unbalanced. The condition requires local access and affected AM65 CPSW hardware; public sources do not identify the resulting failure mode beyond availability loss.
