The withdrawn record formerly described a libbpf heap-buffer overflow in __bpf_object__open caused by using the ELF e_shnum field directly when an extended section count was required. Because the CNA removed the assignment, the former mechanism and version ranges do not support a current affected-system determination under this identifier.
