Local denial of service via leaked PLL table

Memory leak in Samsung clock support in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to exhaust memory through failed clock registration. The _samsung_clk_register_pll() failure path leaves a rate table allocated by kmemdup() when clk_register() returns an error instead of freeing it. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and execution of the Samsung PLL registration failure path; repeated failures can interrupt service by consuming kernel memory.
