Local service interruption via runtime-PM reference leak

Reference leak in the Rockchip LVDS driver in Linux allows local users to interrupt service by provoking failed display power-on attempts. The LVDS power-on path calls pm_runtime_get_sync(), which increments the runtime-PM usage counter even when resume fails, then returns without balancing that reference. Low-privilege local access and a Rockchip device with the LVDS path active are required; repeated failures leave references held and can exhaust runtime-PM resources.
