Out-of-bounds access via unchecked index buffer length

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel ntfs3 allows local users to crash the kernel through a crafted NTFS index buffer. indx_read accepts an INDEX_BUFFER length without validating that it fits the allocated buffer, allowing hdr_find_e to read beyond the slab allocation. Reachability requires the ntfs3 driver to process a malformed volume during directory lookup; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel fault and service interruption.
