Kernel crash via uncanceled delayed bond work

NULL pointer dereference in net/mlx5 LAG in Linux 6.1 through 6.1.4 allows local users to crash the kernel during bond teardown. The LAG teardown path destroys its workqueue without first calling cancel_delayed_work_sync(), allowing queued bond work to access the destroyed queue. Low-privileged local access and an mlx5 bond configuration are required; successful triggering causes a kernel oops and service interruption.
