Kernel-memory exhaustion via leaked function-table buffers

Memory leak in the HINIC debugfs driver in Linux allows local users to exhaust kernel memory by repeatedly reading a function table. hinic_dbg_get_func_table() allocates read_data, then returns for a recognized idx case without releasing that buffer. Access to the HINIC debugfs function-table reader and supported HINIC hardware is required; repeated reads can interrupt the host.
