Service interruption via incomplete hctx registration rollback

Memory leak in Linux kernel blk-mq allows local users to interrupt service by triggering hardware-context registration failures. When blk_mq_register_hctx stops after kobject_add fails partway through registration, it leaves previously added objects referenced instead of rolling them back. The demonstrated path uses fault injection during null_blk module insertion; the bounded impact is kernel-memory exhaustion and service interruption.
