Filesystem unavailability via fast-commit TLV boundary errors

Off-by-one errors in ext4 fast-commit handling in affected Linux kernels allow local users to cause filesystem unavailability through journal TLVs. The writer and replay paths apply inconsistent end-of-block limits, causing boundary-positioned TLVs to be ignored or rejected while ext4_fc_reserve_space() can reserve a forbidden length. Local access and an ext4 filesystem using fast commits are required; the precise interruption mode is not publicly specified.
