Local service interruption via lock-dependent SDMA iteration

Improper locking in the Linux kernel amdgpu driver allows local users to interrupt service during an SDMA page-table update. amdgpu_vm_sdma_update uses a lock-dependent dma_resv fence iterator even when the update path runs without the reservation lock, causing dma_resv_iter_next to warn. Reachability requires an AMD GPU using amdgpu and an SVM range invalidation; published evidence establishes availability disruption, not data access or modification.
