Local kernel crash via NULL bio dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system through an NVMe multipath flush completion. In nvme_trace_bio_complete, a flush request created by blk_kick_flush has no bio, but completion tracing passes that NULL pointer to trace_block_bio_complete. The crash requires NVMe multipath to be active and blktrace to be enabled, and it interrupts the host rather than disclosing or modifying data.
