Local service interruption via CMDQ memory leak

Memory leak in the Linux kernel hinic driver allows local users to interrupt service via failed command-queue initialization. The hinic_init_cmdqs() error path returns when hinic_set_cmdq_depth() fails without releasing allocated CMDQ memory.
