Local kernel compromise via stale DMA-list entry

Use-after-free in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through a failed VME DMA list insertion. In tsi148_dma_list_add, the err_dma path frees an entry without removing entry->list from list->entries, so later traversal dereferences stale storage. Reachability requires a PCI TSI148 VME bridge, local VME DMA access, and a dma_map_single failure; subsequent list operations expose kernel memory or trigger a kernel panic.
