Host hang via concurrent DMA descriptor race

A data race in the HiSilicon DMA driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to hang or oops the host via concurrent transfers. Each thread replaces the channel descriptor after device_issue_pending, so the interrupt handler can act on a different descriptor and leave the completed transfer and callback unhandled. Reaching the flaw requires local access to concurrent operations on the same HiSilicon DMA channel; the established consequence is a kernel oops or host hang.
