Local system crash via unchecked buffer failure

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel cx88 media driver allows local users to crash the system while starting video capture. buffer_prepare() ignores a failed cx88_risc_buffer() call, leaving an empty buffer that buffer_queue() later dereferences.
