Kernel crash via underflowing vt6655 cleanup loops

Memory cleanup errors in affected Linux branches beginning with 4.18 allow local users to crash the kernel during vt6655 driver initialization. The device_init_rd0_ring, device_init_rd1_ring, and device_init_td1_ring failure paths decrement the allocation index before freeing entries, skipping index zero or indexing at minus one when the first allocation fails. Reaching the invalid cleanup requires the vt6655 driver to initialize under an allocation failure; the documented impact is a kernel hang or crash.
