Host crash via stale iSCSI login work

A race in the Linux iSCSI target login path allows remote attackers to crash the host kernel through crafted login traffic. iscsi_target_sk_data_ready schedules login_work while negotiation can finish without clearing LOGIN_FLAGS_INITIAL_PDU, causing the work item to keep rescheduling after login completes. If the initiator then drops the connection, login_work dereferences released connection and socket state, producing a kernel fault on hosts exposing the iSCSI target.
