Local service interruption via RapidIO name leak

Missing memory release in the Linux RapidIO subsystem before 6.2 allows local users to exhaust kernel memory and interrupt service. When rio_add_device() fails after dev_set_name() allocates a name, two error paths free rdev directly instead of dropping the device reference with put_device(), bypassing kobject_cleanup(). Reachability requires a configured RapidIO master port and a device-registration failure during enumeration or discovery; repeated failures can deplete kernel memory, but no data access or code execution is reported.
