Kernel-state corruption via Bluetooth management flag race

Race condition in the Linux kernel Bluetooth management code in 6.0 through 6.0.2 allows local users to corrupt kernel state and interrupt service. mgmt_init_hdev sets HCI_MGMT before INIT_DELAYED_WORK initializes the related work item, while mgmt_index_removed can test the flag and cancel that uninitialized work. Triggering requires low-privileged local access and a race between Bluetooth management socket operations; effects are limited to the host kernel.
