Local service interruption via PCI reference leak

Resource leakage in the OCXL driver of affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to interrupt service through repeated device access. The get_function_0() helper obtains an incremented PCI-device reference from pci_get_domain_bus_and_slot(), but affected callers fail to release it with pci_dev_put(). The path requires low-privileged local access and an OpenCAPI accelerator; sustained OCXL operations consume kernel resources and interrupt host service.
