System hang via conflicting framebuffer drivers

Denial of service in Linux 6.0.3 through 6.0.5 allows local users to hang the system through conflicting framebuffer drivers. The 6.0 stable backport leaves aperture_remove_conflicting_pci_devices() without a prior sysfb_disable() call, so simpledrm can bind after the hardware driver takes ownership and both drivers access the display hardware. Local low-privileged access is required; observed modesetting paths produce repeated RCU stalls, with no reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
