Local privilege escalation via freed BFQ queue

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel BFQ I/O scheduler in 5.15.86, 6.0.16, and 6.1.2 allows local users to gain kernel privileges. The bfq_exit_icq_bfqq function frees bfqq before bic_set_bfqq clears the associated pointer, so bic_set_bfqq reads and writes the freed queue object. An unprivileged user needs access to a BFQ-backed filesystem and can exploit process I/O and exit to disclose or modify kernel memory or crash the system.
