Service interruption via leaked PCI device reference

Reference-count leak in the perf Intel uncore component of the Linux kernel allows local users to cause a service interruption. The hswep_has_limit_sbox() function obtains an Intel PCI device with pci_get_device() but fails to release the reference after pci_read_config_dword(). Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and affected Intel Haswell-EP uncore hardware; the reported consequence is limited to availability.
